Ocean Center upcoming events

The Ocean Center will be hosting numerous events in the coming weeks including:

Passion Camp, June 11-14
Thousands of young people will converge on Daytona Beach to enjoy sun, surf and activities at the Ocean Center June 11-14 as they attend Passion Camp, which is hosted by Passion Conferences and Passion City Church. Sadie Robertson and Chad Veach will be joining Passion Camp this June, along with Louie Giglio, Passion Music, Brad Jones and Crowder Music. Passion Camp is open to student groups. Registration is required. Program-only registration starts at $179. Registrations can be purchased at www.268generation.com.

Bacon Beatdown, June 22-24
Hard 2 Kill Athletics will present The Bacon Beatdown, a food and fitness festival, June 22-24 at the Ocean Center. Registration is open for this annual competition. The Bacon Beatdown has been held at the Ocean Center since 2014. More than 4,000 people attended last year's event. Showbiz National Talent Competition, June 23-28
Nearly 4,000 participants ages 4-18 and their supporters are expected to attend the Showbiz National Talent Competition at the Ocean Center June 23-28. In its 22nd year at the Ocean Center, Showbiz is the premier championship dance competition involving dance studios from across the country. The championship is one of three this year in the United States. This event is open to the public, and admission is free. For more information, visit www.showbiztalent.com.

CEO Fighting Game Championships, June 29-July 1
New to the Ocean Center is an e-fighting game championship, CEO Fighting Game Championships, which will be at the Ocean Center June 29 to July 1. This event was previously held in Orlando where it outgrew the venue. Over the past few years the event has had more than 10,000 attendees from 47 states and 30 countries. This championship will fill the entire 200,000 square feet of the Ocean Center and feature an Artist Alley, exhibit and vendor area, the Jebaileyland Arcade with more than 60 games, and more than 14 tournaments and finals in the CEO Ring. This year will also feature a professional wrestling show hosted by wrestling star Kenny Omega. This event is open to the public. For more information, visit www.ceogaming.org.
