Staff to meet with IAFF Jan. 26

Staff from the Volusia County Human Resources Division will meet with representatives of the International Association of Firefighters, Local 3574, which represents the county’s battalion chiefs, from 9 a.m. to noon, Tuesday, Jan. 26, to discuss collective bargaining.
The meeting will be in the second-floor training room of the Volusia County Historic Courthouse, 125 W. New York Ave., DeLand.
During this time of extraordinary circumstances dealing with the Declared Emergency associated with COVID-19, only the negotiating team will be allowed in the room. For those who are interested in observing, the virtual meeting link is listed below:
