Thanksgiving waste collection schedule for unincorporated areas

There will be no garbage, recycling, bulk waste and yard trash collection for residents of unincorporated Volusia County on Thanksgiving Day. The makeup day for Thursday, Nov. 25, will be Saturday, Nov. 27.

The Tomoka Landfill and West Volusia Transfer Station will be closed Thanksgiving Day.
