Per the State Surgeon General Scott Rivkees' public health advisory, it is recommended to refrain from participating in gatherings larger than 10 individuals. Face coverings are recommended when social distancing guidelines can not be followed.
All in-season vehicular beach access ramps are open to vehicles for beach parking from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Vehicles must park at a blue post or conservation post, which are placed at 25 foot intervals.
Beachgoers are encouraged to access the beach in a less-populated area. Suggested vehicle access ramps are:
Restrooms and showers on the beach and in county-operated coastal and inlet parks are open at full capacity.
Current annual pass-holders who purchased their pass prior to March 20 will have 57 days added to their pass to compensate for the days that the beach ramps were closed to vehicles due to the coronavirus outbreak.
For off-beach parking, additional parking fees may apply.
