Airport terminal to close Sunday night

Daytona Beach International Airport’s terminal will close after the last flight departs Sunday night.

Air carriers will determine their Sunday flight schedules. Passengers who expect to fly in or out of the airport on Sunday are encouraged to contact their airline for up-to-date information.

Rental car customers cannot drop off or pick up cars once the terminal closes. They must find an alternate drop-off or pick-up location.

The airfield will remain open after midnight Saturday for non-commercial flights. When weather conditions worsen, the airfield will be open only for emergencies.

There will be no flights beginning Monday until further notice.
