ECHO Advisory Committee
The ECHO Advisory Committee oversees, reviews and ensures that the applications from not-for-profits, municipalities and county departments for grants-in-aid meet the criteria of the Volusia ECHO Program. The committee makes recommendations on awarding of grants-in-aid by County Council to eligible entities through the program. They periodically review the criteria, procedures and guidelines of the ECHO program making recommendations for modification as needed.
The Advisory Committee promotes a fair and objective distribution of Volusia ECHO program proceeds to eligible entities, thereby enhancing the quality of life of Volusia County’s residents and visitors.
