Mission: Volusia County's Emergency Management Services will provide County-wide emergency management program leadership, continuity and direction to enable Volusia County to respond to, recover from and mitigate the impact of natural, manmade or technological disasters upon the people or property of Volusia County. Also, if required, to render similar support to any unit of local, state or federal government.
