Affordable Housing Advisory Committee

Members will meet in the operations room at the Emergency Operations Center, 3825 Tiger Bay Road, Daytona Beach. They will review the strategies report process, requirements and timeline for local housing incentive strategies.

The committee's mission is to review the established policies and procedures, ordinances, land development regulations, and adopted local government comprehensive plan of Volusia County and to recommend specific actions or initiatives to encourage affordable housing while protecting the ability of the property to appreciate, and other affordable housing issues as directed.
