  COVID-19 Updates

Due to the recent resurgence of COVID-19, the Volusia County Division of Corrections has implemented a Division-wide tier rotation for inmates in an effort to once again prevent the virus from entering the jails. Friends and family will still be able to schedule visits with the inmates and will be able to communicate through the messaging system, telephone and mail. However, access to phones will be more limited due to the tier rotation schedule. We apologize for any inconvenience encountered during this already difficult time, but believe the tier rotation will be an important step in helping to prevent the spread of this virus.

The Volusia County Division of Corrections will also suspend all onsite visitation until it is deemed safe to resume. Friends and family will still be able to visit using the remote off-site option. All face-to-face (contact) visits at the Volusia County Division of Corrections are suspended until further notice as well. This includes all professional visitors (e.g., attorneys).
