The County of Volusia Five-Year Forecast
This document provides a forecast of revenues and expenditures for selected funds covering a five-year period. This forecast assists in planning future programming as it provides an understanding of available resources; identifies key variables that cause changes in levels of revenues and expenditures; assesses the level at which capital investment can be made; evaluates financial risk; identifies future commitments and resource demands; and provides a framework from which to develop policy discussions/decisions.
County of Volusia Five-year Capital Improvement Program Report
This document includes, by department, public facility and infrastructure assets that are planned either to be developed, replaced, or improved over a mulit-year period. It enables the county to look beyond current budget cycles in planning those capital investments that help to maintain effective levels of service to the present and future populations.
County of Volusia Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR)
This report provides a complete set of fiscal year-end financial statements presented in conformity with general accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and audited in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards by a firm of licensed certified public accountants.
The County of Volusia Popular Annual Financial Report (PAFR)
This report provides a financial summary in a user-friendly format that helps residents and others to understand how funds are received and spent by county government.
The Combined Countywide Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (CCACFR)
The Combined Countywide Annual Comprehensive Financial Report provides financial information for the County Council and County Constitutional Officers. This report combines into one document the County’s Annual Comprehensive Financial Report and the audited annual financial statements of each of the County’s five Constitutional Officers.
County of Volusia Report on County Debt
This document provides a detailed discussion of outstanding debt and debt service obligations for the county. It details information relating to the extent, nature, and purposes of the County’s indebtedness and provides assistance in evaluating, reviewing, and planning future financings.
Selected State Revenue Distributions by Fiscal Year (2004 to current)
These schedules provide the sales and gas taxes received by the county from the State of Florida. Please note these revenues are 2 months in arrears.
Tourist Development Tax Collections
These reports provide tourist development and convention development tax collections covering a ten-year period.
