DeBary Hall: Composting Made Simple

During this free, interactive Lunch & Learn at DeBary Hall, a certified master gardener will share practical tips on how to turn everyday yard and kitchen waste into nutrient-rich compost for healthier plants and soil. Learn the process of composting, the materials needed, and what you should and should not add to your compost pile.

Participants are encouraged to bring their lunch and gardening questions for a relaxed, informative session. Registration is not required.

DeBary Hall Historic Site, 198 Sunrise Blvd., DeBary, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It’s owned by the State of Florida and managed by Volusia County’s Parks, Recreation and Culture Division.
