Affordable Housing Advisory Committee

Members will meet in the media room at the Emergency Operations Center, 3825 Tiger Bay Road, Daytona Beach, to conduct the annual review of the Five-year Affordable Housing Plan. They will also review local housing incentive strategies if needed.

The committee's mission is to review the established policies and procedures, ordinances, land development regulations, and adopted local government comprehensive plan of Volusia County and to recommend specific actions or initiatives to encourage affordable housing while protecting the ability of the property to appreciate, and other affordable housing issues as directed.
