LEC: Forest Bathing in the Scrub

8–9 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 13

Join LEC staff for shinrin-yoku, the Japanese practice of forest bathing. This mindful experience connects participants with nature through all five senses. Dress for the weather, wear closed-toe shoes, and be prepared to walk on unpaved sugar-sand trails. This activity is recommended for ages 12 and older.
