LEC: Valentine’s Sunrise Forest Bathing at Lake Ashby Park

Participants are invited to celebrate Valentine’s Day with a guided forest bathing experience, also known as Shinrin-yoku, designed to promote relaxation, focus, and well-being. Light refreshments will be served courtesy of the Friends of Lyonia Environmental Center. Space is limited, and registration is required.

Participants should dress for the weather, wear closed-toed shoes, and meet at the pavilion next to the restrooms at Lake Ashby Park, 4150 Boy Scout Camp Road, New Smyrna Beach. This activity is recommended for adults.
