LEC: Late Night Meteor Shower Hike

11 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 11, to 1 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 12

Experience the annual Perseid meteor shower during a guided nighttime hike to the highest point in Lyonia Preserve. Under the dark skies of the new moon, participants may see up to 150 meteors per hour. Flashlights, blankets and camp chairs are recommended. Registration is required, and no walkins will be accepted. This adults-only program has limited space.
