LEC: Forest Bathing in the Scrub

8-9 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 5

Experience the practice of Shinrin-Yoku, also known as forest bathing, during a leisurely stroll through Lyonia Preserve. Participants will focus on deep breathing, mindfulness, engaging their senses and
letting go of the need to “do.” Participants should bring water, wear closed-toe shoes and be prepared to walk on unpaved sugar-sand trails. This program is recommended for ages 12 and older.
