Celebrate International Chocolate Day by exploring the fascinating history of chocolate, from its origins in ancient Mesoamerican cultures to its rise as a global delicacy. Participants will learn about the
science behind chocolate’s flavor and how it transforms from bitter seeds into sweet confections. A chocolate tasting will follow, giving participants the opportunity to identify different varieties and choose
a favorite. This program is recommended for ages 10 and older.
