LEC: Edible Science: “Apple Science”

2-2:30 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 27

With fall approaching, participants will explore the science of apples and investigate why apples turn brown. The program will include an experiment using different apple varieties to compare their rates of
browning. This program is appropriate for participants ages 7 and older.
