LEC: Pause, Breathe & Belong: A Forest Bathing Experience at Gemini Springs Park

7:30-8:30 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 14

Participants can slow down and reconnect with nature during a guided forest bathing experience at Gemini Springs Park in DeBary. Surrounded by wooded trails and spring-fed waters, participants will be encouraged to engage their senses and enjoy the sights and sounds of the natural environment. Strenuous hiking is not required. Participants should bring water and meet at the Spring House. The program is recommended for ages 12 and older.
