Volusia County’s Personnel Board will hear the appeal of Patrice Hall-Johnson at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, September 16, 2026, in the second-floor Council Chamber in the Thomas C. Kelly Administration Center, 123 W. Indiana Ave., DeLand.
