Public Hearing for the Turnbull Hammock Conservation Area

The St. Johns River Water Management District will hold a public hearing for the Turnbull Hammock Conservation Area, Edgewater. The hearing is scheduled for 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, July 9, at Edgewater Public Library, 103 W. Indian River Blvd., Edgewater. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment regarding the development of the 10-year Land Management Plan update for the Conservation Area.
Comments may be provided in person or in writing during the public hearing. Written comments may also be submitted in advance by mail to Chris Kinslow, P.O. Box 1429, Palatka, FL 32178-1429 or by email to ckinslow@sjrwmd.com.
To ensure consideration prior to the hearing, mailed comments should be received by the District before the date of the public hearing.
