In recognition of National Human Trafficking Awareness month, Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB) announced a formal partnership with the U. S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to fight human trafficking through the Blue Lightning Initiative (BLI) program.
The Volusia ECHO Committee will meet on Thursday, Jan. 25.
The new facility aims to enhance medical examination services for years to come.
Shelters will be available on Friday and Saturday evenings.
