Changes in access to Volusia County beaches will be announced at today’s news briefing, which will take place at 2 p.m. at the Volusia County Emergency Operations Center. Scheduled speakers for today’s briefing are as follows:
Ed Kelley, Volusia County Chair
Ray Manchester, Director of Beach Safety, Volusia County
Dr. Peter Springer, Medical Director, Volusia County
Dr. Holly Smith, Communications Manager/Government Liaison, Department of Health in Volusia County
