Author to discuss nature adventures
Posted On: November 17, 2020
Join Master Naturalist Roger Fulton as he discusses his newly published book, “Nature Adventures in Central Florida,” at 6 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 3, at DeBary Hall Historic Site, 198 Sunrise Blvd.
In his book, Fulton uses his unique format of “In Search Of” to allow readers to seek out and find interesting “critters” or unique outdoor venues in central Florida. From rare red-cockaded woodpeckers, Sherman’s fox squirrels and eagles to estuaries, dunes and coastal strand trails, Fulton’s book makes it fun to go out and explore.
Fulton is a master naturalist, outdoor writer, guide and the author of several regional trail guidebooks for central and northeastern Florida. He loves to share his expertise and experiences with those who also love to explore and enjoy the great outdoors.
Attendance is limited; advance registration is required and guests are asked to wear a mask. To make a reservation call, 386-668-3840.
