County Council members to attend TPO meeting

Two or more members of the Volusia County Council may attend a meeting of the Executive Committee of the River to Sea Transportation Planning Organization at 9 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 6, at 2570 W. International Speedway Blvd., Suite 100, Daytona Beach.
The hybrid meeting will be held with an in-person quorum physically present and other members participating virtually. The TPO will establish the physical, in-person quorum in advance to allow for a minimum number of people in the boardroom.

The River to Sea TPO is an independent organization responsible for the planning and programming of all federal and state transportation funds for the areas within the River to Sea TPO Metropolitan Planning Area. This organization is the primary forum within which member local governments and citizens voice concerns, identify priorities, and plan for transportation improvements for all modes of transportation – roadway, public transportation, and bicycle and pedestrian facilities.
