County Council members to attend Round Table

Two or more members of the Volusia County Council will attend the meeting of the Round Table of Volusia County Elected Officials at noon Monday, Jan. 11, at the Wayne G. Sanborn Center, 815 S. Alabama Ave., DeLand.

Speakers will include Sheriff Mike Chitwood, Tax Collector Will Roberts, Ben Collins of the FAITH Affordable/Workforce Housing Committee, and Dr. Holly Smith of the Florida Department of Health in Volusia County.

The group, which consists of one member each from Volusia’s cities and county government, meets regularly to discuss countywide issues and concerns.
