Right of way cleanup scheduled for Spring Hill area

The Volusia County Road and Bridge Division and the City of DeLand have teamed up for a right of way cleanup in the Spring Hill area of DeLand the week of Jan. 25.
The cleanup will include mowing, sidewalk maintenance, litter pickup, tree trimming, refreshing signage and checking for sight hazards at intersections.
The right of way cleanup is part of the Spring Hill Strive to Thrive initiative, which is focused on community cleanup and assistance for residents in Spring Hill.
