Master Gardener Howard Jeffries will present “Plant Familiarization, Selection and Florida Friendly Landscaping” at 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 4, in DeBary Hall Historic Site’s stable, 198 Sunrise Blvd., DeBary.

We all love plants, but do you know about each plant in your landscape? What should you look for when selecting plants? Learn about Florida Friendly landscaping, including right plant, right place and more during this free presentation. Jeffries is a volunteer with the University of Florida/Volusia County Extension.
