Join local author and wildlife enthusiast Marcia Meara for Backyard Birds: The Usual Suspects at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 20, at DeBary Hall Historic Site, 198 Sunrise Blvd., DeBary. 

Part one of this three-part series is designed to help residents identify both common and uncommon feathered visitors, including the migrating species that pass through Volusia County each spring and fall. Meara will share some exciting facts on behavior and nesting and explain how to make your yard bird-friendly.
