Bread baking demonstration at DeBary Hall

Master Naturalist Holly Giles will do a live bread baking demonstration at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, April 10, at DeBary Hall Historic Site, 198 Sunrise Blvd.

In this hands-on class Giles will talk about the history of bread baking in Florida after the Civil War and unique substitutions for flour. She will make a small loaf of whole wheat bread that guests can take home. Bring a dishtowel and a gallon zip top bag.
