Water is one of our most important natural resources. Master Gardener Howard Jeffries will share how to efficiently and effectively water your plants during a free presentation at 1 p.m. Thursday, May 13, in DeBary Hall Historic Site’s stable, 198 Sunrise Blvd., DeBary.

Jeffries, a master gardener with the University of Florida/Volusia County Extension, will explain both manual and automatic irrigation systems and more.
