Tune in to Economic Development Q meeting Nov. 5

After hitting pause for the last year due to the pandemic, Volusia County Economic Development is once again hosting their popular quarterly “Q” breakfast. And for the first time, the event will be streamed live on both Facebook and YouTube.
The event will feature guest speaker Frank DiBello, president and CEO of Space Florida. In addition, Helga van Eckert, director of Volusia County Economic Development, will present on third quarter economic data for the county, including building permit activity, labor statistics and employment trends by industry.
The third quarter update takes place at 8 a.m. Friday, Nov. 5. The event includes an in-person element, but due to its popularity and seating limitations, maximum attendance has been reached. Therefore, in an effort to ensure all interested individuals are able to participate, the meeting will be streamed live on Facebook at https://bit.ly/2021Q3Facebook and YouTube at https://bit.ly/2021Q3YouTube.
