Storyteller presents Frank Lloyd Wright at DeLand library

Master storyteller Timothy Totten will present “Frank Lloyd Wright Goes to Hollywood” at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 9, at the DeLand Regional Library, 130 E. Howry Ave.

Covering the famed architect’s work in Southern California, as well as projects for high profile celebrities like Marilyn Monroe and Arthur Miller, Totten will also discuss the ways Wright’s work has been used by Hollywood films and advertising companies in the years since his death.

This 90-minute talk will feature more than 100 vivid photographs and over a dozen stories from the golden age of Hollywood. Totten, who has studied Wright’s life and work for over 30 years, visited more than 300 Frank Lloyd Wright sites and does tours and talks all over the country.
