Park ranger to speak at DeLand library

Celebrate Earth Day with “A Day in the Life of a Ranger” at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 20, at the DeLand Regional Library, 130 E. Howry Ave., DeLand.
State Park Ranger Devin Whitney will share information about Hontoon Island State Park and its rangers. He will also explain how to be a “conscious camper” during this presentation sponsored by the Florida Department of Environmental Protections.
