Votran driving families together in a new way

Posted On: October 5, 2022

A new program is underway at Votran, giving families with young children access to free books. Votran is partnering with the Early Learning Coalition of Flagler & Volusia in the Book Sharing and 3T’s campaign (Tune In. Talk More. Take Turns.)

Bus riders with children are encouraged to take home a free book and drive the love of reading into their children’s hearts.

These free books are available 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday at the Votran Administrative Offices at 950 Big Tree Road, South Daytona and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Saturday at the Votran Transfer Plaza customer service window at 207 Mary McLeod-Bethune Blvd., Daytona Beach.

For more information on the program, contact Heather Belden at hbelden@volusia.org.
