Edible plant sale to be held Feb. 18

The Volusia County Florida Master Gardener Volunteer Program, sponsored by the University of Florida Institute of Food and Agriculture Sciences (UF/IFAS), will host an edible plant sale from 8:30 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 18, at the Agriculture Center, 3100 E. New York Ave., DeLand.

There will be multiple edible plants for purchase, including but not limited to tomatoes, bell peppers, eggplants and various herbs. Cash or check will be the only forms of payment; credit and debit cards will not be accepted.

The event is free to attend, and there is no charge for parking.
