Affordable housing committee to meet Feb. 8

The Affordable Housing Advisory Committee will meet at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 8, at the Emergency Operations Center, 3825 Tiger Bay Road, Daytona Beach.
Members will review previous minutes and proposed changes to the comprehensive plan. Members will also receive a presentation on the affordable housing dashboard and review the status of the action steps for the strategies identified in The Path Forward – Strategies for Success.
The meeting’s materials, agenda and virtual registration can be found at volusia.org/ahac. The public is invited to attend, participate and provide comments in the meeting.
Persons unable to attend may provide written comments regarding the agenda to blouis@volusia.org or by mail to Brittany Louis, Special Projects Coordinator, 121 W. Rich Ave., DeLand, FL 32720. Comments received by 4 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 7, will be presented to the committee and become part of the public record. Include your name, address and “AHAC: public participation” in the correspondence.
