Affordable housing dashboard

Volusia County has launched an online dashboard that provides updates on the county’s affordable housing projects.

The dashboard, which will be updated each quarter at volusia.org/ahi, displays the individual projects’ status, including expenditures and funding sources, as well as consolidated data, such as the total number of units created. The progression toward each of the 10 key strategies outlined in the county’s affordable housing plan is also available.

"We're extremely pleased with this dashboard's capability to provide both comprehensive and granular details of how the county is addressing the affordable housing crisis," said Community Assistance Director Carmen Hall. "The affordable housing initiative is imperative to the quality of life in our county, and this dashboard allows us to clearly and timely communicate results."

The Volusia County Council approved the affordable housing plan, “The Path Forward – Strategies for Success,” during the July 19, 2022, meeting.
