Affordable housing committee to meet June 14

The Affordable Housing Advisory Committee will meet at 3 p.m. Wednesday, June 14, at the Emergency Operations Center, 3825 Tiger Bay Road, Daytona Beach.

Members will discuss the affordable housing incentive strategies for their annual report, review the affordable housing plan’s progress and review previous meeting minutes. Additionally, two new members will undergo orientation from 2 to 2:45 p.m. before the meeting at the same location.

The meeting agenda and meeting materials can be found at www.volusia.org/ahac. The public is invited to attend, participate and provide comments in the meeting.

Those who are unable to attend the meeting may provide written comments regarding the agenda to blouis@volusia.org or by mail to Brittany Louis, Housing & Grants Activity Manager, 121 W. Rich Ave., DeLand, FL 32720. Comments received by 4 p.m. June 13 will be presented to the committee and become part of the public record. Include your name, address and “AHAC: public participation” in your correspondence.
