Related to a Collective Bargaining Executive Session
of the Volusia County Council

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 447.605 (1) &( 3), Florida Statutes, the County Council of the County of Volusia, Florida, will commence a Collective Bargaining Executive Session closed to the public at 3:00 p.m. on August 15, 2023, to discuss collective bargaining strategy and objectives pertaining to the terms and conditions of employment of those County of Volusia employees covered by collective bargaining agreements recognized by the Public Employee Relations Commission of the State of Florida.

Anticipated length of Executive Session on Collective Bargaining:  1 hour

The County Council may not take any vote during this executive session, and is barred from discussing any matter except collective bargaining issues.
