Pickleball Courts and Tennis Court Resurfacing Project Coming to Chuck Lennon Park

VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA – Construction promising an enhanced experience for sports enthusiasts will commence on Monday, Sept. 18, on the tennis courts at Chuck Lennon Park, 5000 Greenfield Dairy Road.

The renovation will include the resurfacing of an existing tennis court and the addition of two pickleball courts. The transformation aims to cater to a broader range of sports enthusiasts and promote healthy and active lifestyles within Volusia County.

The project is expected to be complete in November. The tennis courts will remain closed until the project is complete. The enhancement is funded through the Environmental, Cultural, Historical, and Outdoor (ECHO) program, supplemented by Park impact fees.
