County Council Members to Attend Public Meetings

Two or more members of the Volusia County Council plan to attend the following meetings and events in October and November.
- Ribbon cutting for the Marine Discovery Center trailhead: 10 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 31, at 520 Barracuda Blvd., New Smyrna Beach
- Volusia County Fair opening night ceremony: 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 2, at 3150 E. New York Ave., DeLand
- Dog beach ribbon cutting: 9 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 4, at Andy Romano Beachfront Park, 839 S. Atlantic Ave., Ormond Beach
- Roundtable of Volusia County Elected Officials: 9 a.m. Monday, Nov. 13, at the Emergency Operations Center, 3825 Tiger Bay Road, Daytona Beach
- River to Sea TPO Board of Directors meeting: 9 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 22, at Daytona Beach International Airport, 700 Catalina Drive
County Council members’ presence and participation may constitute a public meeting for purposes of Florida Statutes Section 286.011. For more information, call the County Manager’s Office at 386-736-5920.
