Human Services Advisory Board to meet Dec. 12

Volusia County’s Human Services Advisory Board will meet at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 12, in the Community Assistance office, TCK Annex building, 121 W. Rich Ave., DeLand.
Members will receive updates on operations, including the 2023 Community Action Plan and Strategic Plan, and approve the 2024 Community Action Plan. The public is invited to attend, participate, and comment during the meeting.
The agenda will be posted before the meeting at https://www.volusia.org/hsab.
Residents may provide written comments regarding the agenda to jjsmith@volusia.org or by letter to Jessi Smith, 110 W. Rich Ave., DeLand, FL 32720. Comments received by 5 p.m. Monday, December 11, will be presented to the advisory board and become part of the public record. Submissions must include the person’s name, address and subject line HSAB: public participation.
