Volusia County to Host Spring Break Camp for Kids Ages 5 to 12

Children can explore every interest this March at Volusia County’s Spring Break Camp. Campers will enjoy group activities, field trips, and so much more, while learning about nature, history, and culture. Camp runs from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. March 25 to 28 at the DeLand Boy Scouts Hut, 716 N. Frankfort Ave., DeLand. Note, the camp will be closed on Friday, March 29 in honor of Good Friday.

The camp is available for children ages 5 to 12 and 5-year-olds must be enrolled in kindergarten to participate. Caregivers can register their children online at volusiaparksreservations.vcgov.org. Advance registration and payment are required. The $80 fee at each site includes playground activities, arts and crafts, and field trip costs.
