Add some spark to your Independence Day celebration with fireworks displays, parades, and other star-spangled festivities. Here's what's happening around Volusia County on the Fourth of July.

Daytona Beach

• Star Spangled Summer Concert: 7:15 p.m. July 4 at the Daytona Beach Bandshell, 70 Boardwalk. Eagles tribute band Alter Eagles will perform at the start of the event, followed by fireworks over the beach at 9:45 p.m. General admission is free. Reserved VIP seating is available for $15 at www.ticketmaster.com or in person at the Peabody Box Office, 600 Auditorium Blvd.

DeBary

• Freedom Fest: 6 to 10:30 p.m. July 4 at Gemini Springs Park, 37 Dirksen Drive. The event will feature live entertainment on two stages, food trucks, family friendly activities, and a kid zone. A fireworks and laser light show will begin at 9:15 p.m. Admission is free.

DeLand

• Firecracker Festival: 6 to 9 p.m. July 3 at Earl Brown Park, 750 S. Alabama Ave. Activities will include a kid zone, food trucks, and fireworks at dusk. Admission is free.

Deltona

• All American Blast: 5 to 9:15 p.m. July 4 at Dewey O. Boster Sports Complex, 1200 Saxon Blvd. Enjoy music, food trucks, vendors, face painting, games, bounce houses, and fireworks at 9:15 p.m. Admission is free.

Edgewater

• EDGEfest: 6 to 10 p.m. July 4 at George Kennedy Memorial Park, 103 N. Riverside Drive; and Menard May Park, 413 S. Riverside Drive, with music, vendors, food, obstacle course, face painting, and fireworks at dusk. Admission is free.

Lake Helen

• 4th of July Celebration: 10 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. July 4 at Blake Park, 493 S. Lakeview Drive. Highlights include a parade at 10 a.m. and fireworks at 9 p.m. Other activities include music, food, games, craft vendors, and fireworks. Admission is free.

New Smyrna Beach

• July 4th Celebration: 4 to 9:30 p.m. July 4 at Riverside Park, 105 Riverside Drive, with food trucks, a disc jockey, live music by Fat City Band, and fireworks at 9:15 p.m. Admission is free.

Ormond Beach

• Independence Day Celebration: 8 to 9:30 p.m. July 4 at Rockefeller Gardens, 26 Riverside Drive, featuring music, food, and fireworks at 9 p.m. Admission is free.

Pierson

• Fourth of July Celebration: 4 to 9 p.m. July 4 at Chipper Jones Park, Chipper Jones Lane. Activities include bounce houses, water slides, a rock-climbing wall, and a train ride. Admission is free.

Port Orange

• 4th of July Spectacular: 5:30 to 9 p.m. July 4 at City Center Municipal Complex, 1000 City Center Circle, with music, food trucks, kid zone, classic car show, festive games, and fireworks. Admission is free.
