Volusia County Citizens Information Center is Open

The Volusia County Citizens Information Center (CIC) is now open until 5 p.m., today, Oct. 7, to field storm-related inquiries. Residents can reach the CIC at 866-345-0345. Hours will be updated daily as preparations continue. The CIC serves as an essential resource for information on safety protocols, evacuation routes, and community support services during Hurricane Milton.

Volusia County staff will continue coordinating with state officials and the National Weather Service to assess potential local impacts from the storm. Residents can stay updated by downloading the Volusia Emergency Management app, following the County’s social media channels, or visiting www.volusia.org.
