Volusia County Office Closures for Hurricane Milton

All Volusia County offices will be closed beginning at noon on Wednesday, Oct. 9, and remain closed through Thursday, Oct. 10, including all library branches. Weather permitting, facilities will reopen for normal business hours on Friday, Oct. 11.

*Some county facilities will be closing today, Oct. 8 in preparations for Hurricane Milton.

Volusia County remains in close coordination with state officials and the National Weather Service to monitor potential local impacts. Residents are encouraged to stay informed by downloading the Volusia Emergency Management app, following the County's social media channels, or visiting www.volusia.org for updates.
