Volusia County Hurricane Milton Recovery Press Conference

Volusia County is urging residents to tune in to the Volusia County press conference at 4 p.m. today, Oct. 10, to receive the latest updates on Hurricane Milton's potential local impacts. The press conference will be live-streamed on the Volusia County Emergency Management Facebook page, the County of Volusia’s Facebook page, YouTube, and www.volusia.org.

Volusia County staff will continue coordinating with state officials and the National Weather Service to assess local impacts from the storm. The Citizens Information Center (CIC) is open 24/7 until further notice, residents can reach the CIC at 866-345-0345. Residents can stay updated by downloading the Volusia Emergency Management app, following the County’s social media channels, or visiting www.volusia.org.
