Transform386 to Host Application Events

Volusia County's Transform386 initiative is set to conduct several community outreach events to help residents seeking repairs or reimbursements for already completed repairs for homes damaged by Hurricane Ian. These events will occur at the DeBary Public Library, 200 N. Charles R. Beall Blvd., on the following dates and times:

  • Thursday, Nov. 7, from 1:30 to 5 p.m.
  • Friday, Nov. 8, from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m.
  • Thursday, Nov. 14, from 1:30 to 5 p.m.
  • Friday, Nov. 15, from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m.
  • Thursday, Nov. 21, from 1:30 to 5 p.m.
  • Friday, Nov. 22, from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m.

Homeowners affected by Hurricane Ian are encouraged to meet with staff to receive assistance submitting an application and identifying the documentation necessary for eligibility. Future outreach sessions will take place at various other library locations throughout the county, with further details forthcoming.
