Volusia County Offers Election Sign Drop-Off Location

Volusia County, in partnership with the League of Women Voters and the Supervisor of Elections Office, is providing an election sign drop-off site for residents. The drop-off site will be at the UF/IFAS Extension office, 3100 E New York Ave., DeLand, 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. on November 22 and 23. Election signs are plastic # 5 and not recycled by most recyclers. Residents are encouraged to bring the signs to the site to ensure they can be recycled by a specialized recycling center.
